WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US

Salon cleaning procedures include disinfecting and sanitizing surfaces between clients including door handles and surfaces in each room.

Your therapist will sterilize all equipment as out lined by ACT health and wear gloves and a mask for all treatments.

Gaps between appointment have been made to reduce the overlap of people arriving and leaving the salon.

Fresh bedding and protective coverings are used for each client.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Please arrive to your appointment at your allocated time. The salon runs by appointment only and times outside of this are set aside for other things. If you would like to change your appointment to an earlier or later time it is essential that this is pre-arranged prior to your arrival.

If you feel unwell in anyway, have a fever, cough, cold , runny nose, allergies that cause you to sneeze, please do not come into the salon, rescheduled your appointment for when you are well.

If you have been in contact with someone who is sick with any of the above symptoms or who has recently returned from overseas, please do not come into the salon.

Sanitize your hands with sanitizer provided before entering the salon. We also have a hand washing station and hand sanitizer inside for your use.

Please do not touch the makeup stands or the product shelves, we are here to assist you with any products or questions you have in relation to skin care and makeup.

Please come to your appointment alone to comply with social distancing. If you are coming to an appointment with a child in your care, a minor or family member this must be requested and arranged with us prior to your appointment and you must follow the instructions we give you to maintain social distancing in our waiting room.

If you need to or are going to cough, please warn your therapist so they can move away from you. This is common courtesy and now more then ever needs to be remembered.

BOOKING POLICIES

As a small business these policies protects us from late cancellations and no shows.

All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. This deposit is transferable up till 48 business hours before your appointment, the exception is the busy period leading up to Christmas. All appointments canceled outside of this time frame will be charged at 100% of the appointment value.

When using a gift voucher to book an appointment you must state that you are using a voucher and the voucher details, if you cancel less then 48 hours prior to your appointment or no show your voucher will be processed to cover the cost of the appointment time.

GIFT VOUCHER POLICIES

Gift vouchers can be used for 12 months with no restrictions. After 12 months these vouchers can be redeemed for an additional 24 months but for treatments only and on week days between 10am and 5pm only. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any discounts or special offers.
